Training & development

We value your career development, offering the essential skills required to be safe and responsible in the workplace.

We at Clements Health Care value your career development. That is why we offer a selection of courses - health and safety, food safety and food hygiene - to provide you with the essential skills required to be safe and responsible in the workplace. Our health and safety courses include fire awareness, manual handling training, emergency first aid at work, and the proper use of equipment and tools such as personal protective equipment.

Our training is applicable to a wide range of job roles, including care roles. We provide recognised Health & Social Care qualifications - both mandatory and short care training courses - and our programs meet all the requirements of your job profile. Depending on the profile you are assigned, you will be given training to suit it: those in food preparation are trained in food hygiene, and those who help residents are given moving and handling training.
